If the designer has the required verbiage found in a signed and completed work contract, a copy of such is sufficient proof for entry. All entrants must complete SECTION 3.

Project Description

In the method that is easiest for you (paragraph form, outline form, use of photo captions or in any combination), please provide the following information to help voters know and understand your project:

1. Project Description: Describe the type of project and number of fixtures used. Do not include manufacturer’s names for any of your equipment.

2. Design Intent: Describe the needs and goals of the client, what was to be lit and how the lighting was used to achieve the composition.

Note: Photo captions are a great way to emphasize points of interest.

Although it is not required for entry, please feel free to share any other information regarding unique design considerations, special installation methods or strategies that were used to overcome any special challenges.
