April 18, 2019The AOLP Annual Membership Meeting takes place on Friday, February 1, 2019, during Illuminate ’19.
At this meeting, the membership votes on any open AOLP Board of Director positions. There are two positions available in 2019.
AOLP headquarters is currently accepting both board nominations and proxy voting forms.
Board Nominations:
If you are interested in serving on the board or know of someone who is interested, please complete this nomination form and return it to AOLP headquarters. To be considered, all nominees must be current members of AOLP in good standing and must complete this board application form.
The deadline to receive both forms is January 4, 2019.
Current Board members may seek re-election.
Please note, all nominations for the AOLP Board of Directors must be made in advance of Illuminate ’19 as nominations from the floor at the annual meeting are not accepted in an effort to ensure those who are nominated have an appropriate amount of time to accept the nomination, and headquarters has the opportunity to verify they meet the qualifications of a board director.
Proxy Voting:
In accordance with AOLP Bylaws, members are entitled to name a proxy to vote on their behalf at the membership meeting. To name a proxy, please complete this form and return it to AOLP headquarters. If you do not name a proxy, the AOLP Executive Director will vote on your behalf.
