Polls – Holiday Lighting

Large holiday lighting project consisting of 2 houses inside of a gated area. 70 pieces lighted garland, 2 -48" lighted wreaths, 1200' of c7 roofline, and 943 strands of warm white mini lights were used to transform this compound into a Christmas lighting wonderland.

Design intent was to create a winter wonderland on the edge of Cedar Lake. Light color was very important, as we chose a 2900k warm white led to make everything look crisp and clean. After initial white lights were installed, we decided to come back and add multi colored lights to Birch trees in the middle of the property to bring in some color.

Lighted garland was swagged down the entire fence of the property which really tied the whole project together. A large tree on the property required us to bring in our man lift to do some large tree branch wrapping.

Everything turned out great! This is the second season of installing this project.

Located on the iconic waterfront of the Newport Beach Harbor, this exceptional property stands as a testament to architectural ambition and festive spirit.

Spanning four former lots, this estate now holds the distinction of being the largest waterfront property on Balboa Island. The family transformed aging homes into a modern masterpiece, blending grandeur with coastal elegance.

Each holiday season, the property becomes a dazzling beacon of celebration. Lavish decorations, meticulously designed to capture the magic of the season, adorn the estate, drawing admiration from near and far. Clients wanted to showcase the entire front landscape with holiday lighting, showcasing all of their property in front. Greenery was used around main entry for a focal point and to show interest in key architectural areas.
