This project was a renovation of an older system installed by others and maintained by us for several years before they were ready for a update. The client had some ideas for creative lighting that we mocked up and didn't work out, before deciding on randomly placed hanging bubble-glass pendants. Due to the mid-century modern aesthetic of the house, we decided to add a touch of color when they want. The mature Japanese maples creating the canopy of the courtyard was the perfect candidate for something different! Standard uplighting, downlighting and other accents throughout the yard tie the whole yard into an extension of the interior living space, which was a hallmark of the architect, blending the interior and exterior spaces.
Newly installed pool in back yard needed lighting to enhance beauty, safety and security. Homeowner likes the "Miami" vibe and has also installed artificial Palm trees around his new pool area. We installed 15 color change fixtures to enhance security, safety and aesthetics to their new back yard oasis. New lighting around pool needed to mesh with existing accent lighting on home, trees and retaining walls. We created the ultimate backyard oasis for our client.

Landscape feature accent. 25 fixtures used. 15 out of the water, and 10 in the water. Client has a high profile water feature/outcropping stone area at the end of her large retention pond. She wanted to be able to enjoy the area year round from her home nearby. They were very interested in using color to bring out the stone and landscaping of the area. We chose to accent the lower outcropping line, the larger stone of the patio area and the large evergreens as a back drop. The end result was a very striking display of color that the client fell in love with. The scene at night is breathtaking.
Wellington View is a community based in South Florida. The HOA wanted to upgrade their entry lighting and was interested in reducing their annual holiday lighting spend. We designed an installed a controllable RGBW system which allows them to use the lighting in white the majority of the year but can also add a splash of color during the many different holidays. We installed around 190 Fixtures to create this effect for the community.
